• Chronic musculoskeletal pain

• Pelvic pain
• Pain related to medical diseases e.g. sickle cell disease
• Epidermolysis bullosa
• Pain related to surgery e.g. phantom limb pain
• Post-operative pain lasting longer than three months
• Medically unexplained pain
